Odissi Online Dance Series for Beginners
Join this introductory series into the world of Odissi Classical Dance where we explore drishti (eye movement), mudras (hand gestures), bhangi (bends), padas (foot positions) and some of the basic steppings, conditioning exercises and so much more! Feel your body strength, posture and flexibility increase and improve each week as we create new shapes in the body and feel more radiance in our heart space!
