I understand this path deeply.
Rather than following a conventional life, I devoted my years to exploring what it means to live in connection with the body, the earth, and the wisdom of the heart.
Through dance, meditation, breathwork, nature immersion, and guiding women around the world in retreats and sacred gatherings, I have discovered powerful ways to help women reconnect with themselves.
Today, I hold spaces where women can slow down, breathe deeply, and remember the intelligence and beauty that already lives within their bodies.
