Winter Solstice Movement Meditation Ritual Free Virtual Circle

For nearly a decade in Santa Barbara, I had the honor of producing a grand Winter Solstice celebration with my beloved students, fellow dancers and musicians. This time of year has always held profound meaning for me. The Winter Solstice marks the return of the light… a moment of deep reflection, renewal, rebirth, and the quiet magic that only winter brings.
This year I invite you to join me in a more intimate virtual ritual circle.
On December 20 (the day before the actual Solstice), we will gather as women, sisters, and seekers to honor this sacred turning of the wheel.
For one nourishing hour, we will breathe, meditate, set intentions, pray, move, dance, and reconnect with the joy and light within us and around us.
This gathering is free, but registration is required. All participants will receive a Zoom link and simple instructions on what to bring to help create your own sacred space. Please note: you must attend live as no recording will be available.
No experience necessary. For women of all ages, stages, and abilities.
I hope to share this moment of magic with you, dear one.

So, I took baby steps. And with each step guided by my heart’s desires, I found it impossible to keep shrinking. The more I stretched beyond my comfort zone, the more support and guidance I received. The universe met me where I was, lifting me higher each time I chose courage over fear.
It was my inner fire—my passion—that led me here. To a place of confidence and trust. A place where I now experience deep joy, fulfillment, and peace.
And I know this is possible for you, too.
